I love this guy
After using all the paints. We buy the tops of either Behr SW BM.
We have 40 rentals. We don’t repaint every time someone moves out in a year. It makes a difference. A big difference. Wipe the walls down. Touch up an area or 2. That’s it. Obviously we can turn a unit quicker. Also some units now have 5 years now that they haven’t been painted. 2 people painting a unit is 2 days at $1100.00. So this an easy decision.
Magic Eraser is a very fine sandpaper. Go ahead, prove me wrong.
My dad worked for decades for Valspar, in the wood finishing and industrial coatings division. He knows a lot about paint chemistry too. Valspar is now under the Sherwin Williams umbrella. He now swears by Emerald paint, so that’s what I now use. I switched over from Valspar paint in recent projects but I love Valspar paints too. I’m debating now between SW and Valspar for painting cabinets in my home. The color I want is a Sherwin Williams color from the Emerald line.
