I’ll never put latex on my deck, I would rather use use motor oil before I use latex and that’s pretty bad… The problem is they’re all switching to latex and the sheep are just on board right away even though you have to power wash this crap off your deck in a few years, and you always have to power wash it off because it’s just a flake and crack all over the place because it’s garbage and latex will always be garbage no matter how much they say how great it

  2. Use white vinegar and Dawn dishwashing soap to clean it don’t use bleach
